General Rules & Definitions

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

2c77 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. These offers are subject to the conditions described below:

Welcome Bonus

100% bonus on first deposit up to ৳15,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.

• The wagering requirement for bonuses is 25x (on the bonus amount only).
• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• No withdrawals can be made while a bonus is active — withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
• 2c77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, 2c77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• Each promotional offer may have its own separate terms — read those terms carefully before accepting an offer.

Game Rules & Fair Play

The fair play policy applies to all games and bets on the 2c77 platform:

• All game outcomes are determined through impartial and verifiable technology.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 2c77 will endeavour to provide an appropriate resolution.
• 2c77 does not accept responsibility for any loss incurred by a user due to internet disconnection during play.

Prohibited Activities

Account Suspension or Closure

• A long period of account inactivity (no transactions).
• Account closure at the user's own request.

In the event of account closure, the return of any valid balance will be reviewed. Bonus funds may be cancelled. Users may also request account closure at any time through the support team.
